PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this Sth day of January ,
1979, between DANIEL THOMAS McCARTY III, Peraonal Representative of the

Estate of OLIE B. McCARTY, deceased, party of the first~part; and

DANIEL THOMAS McCARTY III, whose mailing address is 1608 Seaway Drive,~
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the First part~ pursuant to the
terms and conditions contained in the Last Will and Testament of the~
decedent and pursuant to the Schedule of Distribution contained in the
Petition for Discharge filed in the Estate of the above-named decedent~
grants, bargains, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lots 1, 2~. 13 and 14, Block 2, TROPICAL BEACH
SUBDIVISION~ as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 9, page 26, of the Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
