PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this Sth day of January ,

1979, between DANIEL THOMAS McCARTY III, Personal Representative of the

Estate of OLIE B. McCARTY, deceased, party of the first part; and ~~y

MICHAEL S. McCARTY, FRANCES LELA McCARTY CAPPIELLO, and DANIEL THOMAS
McCARTY III, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 3715 ,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, parties of the second part;
~ WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to the
terms and conditions contained in the Last Will and Testament of the
decedent and pursuant to the Schedule of Distribution contained in the
Petition for Discharge filed in the Estate of the above-named decedent~~
grants, bargains, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to
the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 1, TROPICAL BEACH SUBDIVISION, as per
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 48, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second part,
