PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
' THIS INDENTURE. executed this 5th day of January ,
1979, between DANIEL TIiOMAS McCARTY III, Personal Representative of the
Estate of OLIE B. McCARTY, deceased, party of the first part; and 3~

MIC',dAEL S. McCARTY. whose mailing address is 1128 Fernandina, Fort ,
Pierce,~Florida 33450, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to the ~
terms and conditions contained in the Last Will and Testament of the
decedent and pursuant to the Schedule of Distribution contained in the
Petition for Discharge filed in the Estate of the above,named decedent,
grants, bargains, aliens, remises, releases. conveys and confirms to
~~f the party~of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
• The North 100 feet of the South 415 feet of the North
1/2 of Government Lot 8, lying West of Fernandina Street,~
(which street is shown on Plat of TROPICAL BEACH,
- Blocks 3 and 4, as per Plat thereof on file in Plat
~ Book 10, page 9), in Section 1, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. _
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
i and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
; property. ~

E TO HAVE AND TO.HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
; his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

; AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the

' party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things

~ preliminary to and in and about the transfer and this conveyance the
