WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to the
terms and conditions contained in the Last Will and Testament of the
decedent and pursuant to the Schedule of Distribution contained in the
Petition for Discharge filed in the Estate of the above-named decedent.
grants, bargain.s, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block 3, TROPICAL BEACH SUBDIVISION, as per
Plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
. TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real '
property.
