WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to the
terms and conditions contained in the Last Will and Testament of the
decedent and pursuant to the Schedule of Distribution contained in the
Petition for Discharge filed in the Estate of the above-named decedent,
grants, bargains, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to
the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the

real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
The North 300 feet of Lot 1, THOMAS' SUBDIVISION,
lying West of the Florida East Coast Railroad
right-of-way, St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real ~
property.
; TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second part,

their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

i AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the

g parties of the secorid part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things
