THIS INDENTtIRE, made this 29th day o~ September • 19 78 . by
and between PI~OTEAN INVESTORS, INC., a New York corporation, hereinafter called "Grantorp,
and JUDITH M. TARBY, a sinBle woman , whose address
is 3200 North AlA, Unit 601, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450 , of the c:ounty
ot St. Lucie and State of Florida , hereinafter callel "Grantee",
her heirs, executors, administrators, personal reoresentatives, successors and
assiqns, wherever the context so zequires or admits: `
WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor, for a:~d in consideration of the swn of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other qood and valuable conside:ations to it in hand paid by the Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has qranted, bargained and sold to .the Grantee and
Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever, the followinq described land,~situate,
lying and beinq in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
Condominiwa Unit No. 601 of SEA PINES TOWER CONDOMINIUM, accordinq to
the Declaration of Condominiwn thereof dated the 20th day of December ,
19 , recorded in Official Records Book 280 , at Page 2622 et. seq., of the
Public Records of St. Lucie Coun~y, Florida; together with all tne
appurtenances thereto, all accordinq to the said Declaration of Condomini~un ~
and Fachibits attached thereto. -
This conveyance is subject to the followinq: ~
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 19 78 and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record.
3. Any portion of the subject premises beinq artificially filled land
in what was formerly naviqable waters, is subject to the terms, conditions, and
reservations contained in the Submerqed Lands Act (43 U.S.C. f 301 et. seq.).
4. The rights and easements for commerce, navigation, recreation, and
fisheries. ~
5. Declaration of Condominium of SEA PINES TO'WER CoNDOMINIUM dated December 20 ,
19 , and recorded in Official Records Book 280, at Page2622 et. seq. of the Public RecorZs
of St. Lucie County, Florida, including all Exhibits thereto.
And the Grantor dces hereby specially warrant the title to said lands and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomscever, claiminq by, through
or under Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed by its
duly authorized officers, and the seal of said corporation to be affixed hereto, the day
and year first herein~bove written.
