TARBY, a sinBle woman , whose address is 3200 North AlA, Unit 601, Ft. Taxes and assessments for the year 19 78 and subsequent years. 2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record. 3. Any portion of the subject premises beinq artificially filled land in what was formerly naviqable waters, is subject to the terms, conditions, and reservations contained in the Submerqed Lands Act (43 U.S.C. f 301 et. seq.). 4. The rights and easements for commerce, navigation, recreation, and fisheries. ~ 5. Declaration of Condominium of SEA PINES TO'WER CoNDOMINIUM dated December 20 , 19 , and recorded in Official Records Book 280, at Page2622 et. seq. of the Public RecorZs of St. Lucie County, Florida, including all Exhibits thereto. And the Grantor dces hereby specially warrant the title to said lands and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomscever, claiminq by, through or under Grantor.
