tion existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part,
in consideration of the aum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the United States. to it in hand paid by
SOUTHEASTERN HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY A Corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida party of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold,~ assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage
bearing date January 5, 1979 made by Alton Young and Betty Jean Young

rida, upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being •

Lot 9, Block 39, P1at No. 3, of SUNLAND GARDENS, according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 62, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,~and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon. -
This assignment is made without recourse to the Assignor in any event and for
any cause whatscever.
