1. That he has personal knowledge of all the facts stated
herein.
2. That he resides at 1448 Sunshine Avenue, Port St. Lucie,
Florida.
3. That he and MARIE W. BOYD were married on or about
July 8, 1950 and that said marital relationship was continuous and
without interruption until the date of the said MARIE W. BOYD's
death on or about March 30, 1978; and further affiant sayeth not.
