JUDGMENT CHANGING NAME
THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon the sworn
petition of CHARLES WALTER MURFIN for a Judgment changing
his name to CHARLES RUSSELL WILSON, and it appearing to the
Court that the petitioner is an actual bona-fide resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the petition is hereby granted. .
2. That the name of CHARLES WALTER MURFIN is hereby ~
changed to CHARLES RUSSELL WILSON.
~ ORDERED at Fort Pierce,_St. Lucie County, Florida, this
