- AMENDED ORDER
Upon stipulation hereto and the Court being fully advised in
the premies, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent pay support to the Petitioner
for the benefit of YVONNE ZAVETTA, born 4/18/70, and AMI~NDA ZAVETTA, born
12/17/73, minor children, the sum ot $100.00 every two weeks, plus an
additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing
support payments. These payments are to begin on the ~day of
January, 1979; and thereafter each and every two weeks; said payments
shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, P.~O. Drawer ?00,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said
payments to: Monmouth County Probation Department, Box 31, Freehold,
i New Jersey 07248. ~

; This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
~ purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as
i
~ may be deemed equitable.
