KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT the.undersigned, of the County of Harris, State of
Texas, the legal and equitable owner and holder of that one
certain promissory note in the original principal sum of
Ten_Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($10,000.00) dated July, 1967,
executed by William J. Reed and wife, June M. Reed, payable ~
to the order of Robert J. Malka, more fully described in a
Mortgage Deed, duly recorded in Volume 167, Page 883, of the ~
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said note ~
being secured by a mortgage against the following described
~ property, to-wit:

The East One-half (E.1/2) of Lot ~en (10), t
all of Lot Eleven (11), and the West Forty- -
seven feet (W. 47') of Lot Twelve (12),
Block One (1), MARAVILLA GOLF PARK SUB-
DIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 43, Public Records of Saint Lucie
County, Florida, z
for and in ~onsideration of the full and final payment of _

all indebtedness secured by the aforesaid mortgage, the
` receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has RELEASED and

f DISCHARGED, and by these presents hereby RELEASES and DISCHARGES, ~
