Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and ~
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20, 22~ and. 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property. ~ Borcower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described mastet form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Prope~rty. Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined •herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona
hereby incorporated by refererice into this Mortgage. _
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows: '
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Botrower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years ~
from the date of this Mortgaqe, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon. shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no tirne shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage~ not includinq sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ NONE - _
