is subject in every respect to the Ikclaration of Condomini~.an as to tlie condomini~.on
in which his unit is located and I:xhibits attached thereto, includin~ but not
limited to (whetlier ~he same are attached to the Declaration of referreci to
therein), the By-laws oE the Association Articles of Incorporation, the (n~les a~id
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incoiporation, By-laws and I)eclaration
of Covenants a~id Restrictions of the I'roperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmo~~rledges that each~and
every provision of the foregoinR is essential to the'sucessful operation and manage-
ment o£ the Condominiwn property and is in the best interests and for tlie benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominiwn covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- -
ation of Condominiwn and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and .
confirms and approves all of the ternns and provisions of said lleclaration of Condo- :
miniian and Exhibits attacl~ed thereto,~and agrees that the assessment under the ,
Property Owners' Association doc~m~ents referred to above and the provisions thereof .
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confiYm.s ;
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property 0?,mers' l~ssociation '
has encwnbered and impressed a lien upon the CondominiLan parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser ass~nes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiiun parcel.
Purchaser confiYms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominii.m~ and Fxhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relieci except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominiwn and the Exhibits attached thereto.
