THIS CAUSE coming on before this Court this date upon
the Husband's Petition for Rehearing, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED that the Order entered December 4, 1978 in ~
this matter is hereby modified to strike that provision directing
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County to take the Husband into custody
on January 1, 1979, and that the imposition of any sentence or
incarceration is suspended at this time contingent upon the
Husband's abiding by the restraining order previously entered
in this action. It is further
ORDERED that upon a showing to this Court that the
I Husband has again violated said restraining order, the Court ~

~ shall ex parte impose additional sanctions, which sanctions
~ ~ -
; shall not be limited to incarceration for a period of thirty (30) -
