THIS iKATTER coming on the wife's.Motion for t4odification,
and Counsel for both parties being present and additionally,
RICHARD SCHOPP, ESQUIRE, Counsel for LIBERTY LOAN CORPORATION,
also present, and the parties having agreed as follows: _
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

(r) That the husband shall pay $88.00 per month, beginning
February 5, 1979, on the judgment obtained by LIBERTY LOAN CORPORATION,
and LIBERTY LOAN CORPORATION, by and through their attorney, shall not .
' execute on said judgment so long as such payments are made; ;
