FEE, III, Esquire, its agent and attorney in this behalf, for

and valuable considerations, lawful money of the United States
of America, to it in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby

acknowledged, does hereby waive,_release and discharge
SEACOAST.HOMES, INC. from that certain Claim of Lien filed ;

records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and does hereby discharge ~
from the effect of said Claim of Lien the real property more
