THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion
for Final Judgment, and the Court having considered the Affidavits _
submitted by Plaintiff and finds the record herein reveals no
genuine issue as to any material fact, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. That Plaintiff's Motion for Final Judgment be and the
same is hereby granted.
2. That this Court has jurisdiction over the parties to
this cause as well as the subject matter hereof.
