therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the R~iles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchaseci by P~irchaser, and all 1lmendments to the aforesaid
claration and F.xhibits and the Articles of Incoiporation, 13y-l.aws and Ueclai•ation
o£ Covenants and Restrictions of tl~e, Property O~mer's Association; and i'~~rchaser
further ac)rnowleciges receipt of and re~iding and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclrnowledges tilat each and ~
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation a~id maaiage-
ment of the Condominii.an property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser ancl all owners of parcels_in tlie aforedescribed
Condominiwn covenant'and agree to abide by each and every provision of said lleclar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Pui•chaser hereby ratifies and
confiYms and approves all of the tern~s and provisions of said lleclai-ation of Condo-
minii.an and Exhibits attacl~ed thereto, and agrees that tiie assessment under tl~e
Property Owners' Association documents referreci to above and tl~e provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and confir~s
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property 0?,mers' Association
has encwnbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~Qn.parcel being conve~~ed to
Purchaser, as security for his~obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants

and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
