TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE_came on~for temporary hearing the Sth
day of January, 1979 and the Court having given full consider -
tion to all of the evidence regarding temporary child support
and temporary alimony,finds that.this Court has ~urisdiction_
- of the parties and the sub,ject matter of this suit. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1.. That this Court shall withhold any award as to
temporary alimony until having the hearing of the Motion to .
Set Aside Final Judgment filed by the attorney for the Husban .
- 2. Co~encing the 12th day of January, 1979, ROY
' C. STEWART shall pay to MILDRED T. STEWART the sum of Thirty
~ - .
~ Five ($35.00) Dollars each and every week for the support of
the minor child DANA STEWART. Each payment shall be made to
i
~ the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to
~ -
~ MILDRED T. STEWART. In addition, there is hereby assessed the

~ sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
~
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,money
~
~ order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to

~ keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
~
~
~ residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effec .

~ This child support award shall be affective until further
fr order of this Court. ~
