herein, finds that the Plaintiff is entitled to the issuance
of a Writ of Replevin covering the property described in
Plaintiff's Complaint. The court, therefore, being fully
advised in the premises, it is

a Writ of Replevin in favor of the Plaintiff herein, directing
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida to replevin the per-
