PRE-TRIAL ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on January 2, 1979, on the
Court's Order granting a Pre-Trial Conference, and the Court having
considered the Pre-Trial Statements of the parties, and having
heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. This cause is hereby removed from the trial docket of
January 8, 1979, and is continued to the trial docket of :~arch 5,
1979, to be the number~2 case on that docket, and if not heard at ,

s that time, to become the number 1 case on this Court's next suc-
ceeding jury trial docket.

~ 2. The parties may initiate discovery until 5 days prior to

~ trial. '

~ 3. Counsel shall submit to the Court within 30 days of the

~ date hereof proposed instructions to the jury, and nroposed verdict

? forms.

4. There being 6-nar?ed individual De~endants in this matter,

each side shall have 18 peremptory challenges to the panel.

~ 5. Defendant, AETNA CASUALTY AP7D SURE'!'Y COMPANY, within 30

~ days of the date herein shall provide to Plaintiffs a certified
= copy of the Policy of Insurance issued to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE
and which was in force on the date and time indicated in the Com-

plaint filed in this matter.
