that the.relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the ~

; parties; anci that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~

' 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~

hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby ~

~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~

~ 2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT. ~
~ (a) The Husband shall at his expense repair the roof of ~

~ the marital home in a workmanlike manner within 14 days from

~ the date of this Order.
~ (b) Each party hereto shall be entitled to receive one-

~ ~
half of any refund received in their joint names from their
~
= Federal Income Tax Return for the current year. 1

~ (c) The Husband is hereby directed to ~ransfer to the Wife j
