ON DEMAND after date,.for value received, CHARLES BAXTER, INDIVIDUALLY and/or
as an offlcer of CHARLES BAXTER TRUCKING C0. promises to pay to the order of
ATLANTIC TRUCK BROKERS the amuunt of EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS A~1D NO CENTS, at
1900 Old Dixie Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida, with interest thereon at the rate
of 10$ (Ten Percent), per annum from November 30, 1978, until fully paid.
Interest payable monthly. Tti~ maker and endorser of this note further
agrees to waive demand, notice of non-payment and protest; and in case suit
shall be brought for the coliection hereof, or the same has to be coilected
~ upon demand of an attorney, to pay reasonable attorney's fees for making such
collection. Deferred interest payments to bear in'terest from maturity at 1D$ _
