Property, iacluding those past due. All rents colloctod by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs ot

only for those rents actually reaived.
21. F~re Advanc~+s. Upon requat by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option withia twenty years from the date of this
Mo~tgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Futuro Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory noees stating that said notes are socurcd hereby. At no time shall the ~principal i
amount of the indebttdnass socured by this Mortgage, not i~cluding sums advanced in aocotYiance henwith to protect the ~
