21. F~tnre Advaoees. Upon requat by Borrower, l.ender. at I_ender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mongage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interat thercon, shall be secured by this
Mongage when evidencod by promissory nota stating that said notes are socured hereby. At no time shall tht principal
amount of the indebtod~ess socured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanad in accordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage, ezcKd the origir?al amount of the Note plus USS.
22. Rdea~a Upcia payment of all sums socured by this Mortgage. Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all coats of recordatioa, i( any.
23. Attoraey's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's [ees" shaU include attorney's foa, if any,
which may be awuded by an appellate court.
