AFFIDAVIT

Personally appeared before me this day LELA SMITH who,
after being by me first duly ~autioned and sworn, deposes and
says:
1. She was personally acquainted with John G. Repass -
. and Laura C. Repass, his wife, and has known them since 1940.
She did maintain personal communication with John G. Repass and •
Laura C. Repass until the dates of their respective deaths, and
to the best of her knowledge, information and belief, John G.
Repass was married and remained continuously married to Laura C.
Repass from a date prior to March 31, 1953 until the date of his
death on July 25, 1966_. .
2. The John G. Repass and Laura C. Repass referred to
herein are one and the same persons as were formerly the owners
of Lot 8, Block 9, Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision, according to a
revised plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 29, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that John G. Repass is
; one and the same person as the John Gibson Repass referred to.in =

; that certain Certificate of Death fr•om the Commonwealth of Virginia

County, Florida. _
