O R D E R
Upon stipulation hereto and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent pay support to the Petitioner
for the benefi.t of BRIAN MITTEN, born August 22, 1975, minor child, the -
sum of $5.00 per week, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's
fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These payments are.
to begin on the 12thday of January ,19 79 ; and thereafter
on Fridav of each and every week; that said payments shall
be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk
of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the said Clerk shall
transmit the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Sectian, 1317
Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for transmittal to the
State of Louisiana, as long as the case is certified as a' Title IV-D case.
If the Clerk receives notification by the Department of Nealth And Re-
habilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will then
