Christmas and New Year holiday visitation periods.
The custodial parent shall. upon request, provide the
other parent a.letter addressed to the Board of Publ~c Instruction ~
of St. Lucie County, instructing said B~ard and its employees to
release any information or records in their custody or control
to the other parent. The Board shall comply with this request.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the date of
this Order the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $30.00_each
and every week for support of the before-named child; said sum to
continue until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or ~
becomes self-supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of Circuit Court
and by him remitted promptly to MATTIE JANE STARNES. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment to the. Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash~ money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. ~
4. REAL ESTATE CHILD SUPPORT. The Wife and the minor
~ child shall have the right to use and possession of the marital

; dwelling and contents thereof until the child reaches eighteen (18)

~ years of age. Said home is located at 3408 Avenue F, Fort Pierce,

~ Florida,.and is described as follows:

~ The West 191 feet of the East 535 feet of the
~ South 140 feet of the North 165 feet of Tract
~ 124, Garden City Farms, as recorded in Official
~ Records Book 169, Page 1600, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
• 5. REAL ESTATE PAYMENTS. The Husband shall riake the next
~ monthly mortgage payment. due in January, 1979, to the Sun Bank of
~ .
~ St. Lucie Caunty, in the amount of $36.40, principal and interest.

~ The Wife shall make the next alternate payment in February, 1979;
< and thereaf ter the Husband and the Wife shall continue to alternate 4

the ob~igation of making the mortgage payment with the Wife making ~
