NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the ~O~day of
January, 1979, by ROBERT BEWLEY THOMAS, Plaintiff against BAY
COLONY OF STUART, INC.
The property involved is that certain Iot, parcel or
piece of land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section
25, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being mor.e particularly described
as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corn~r of said Section 25,
bear North 89°58'46" West along the North line of said
Section, a distance of 290 feet; thence South 0°O1'13"
West, a distance of 40 feet to the South right-of-way
line of Britt Road for a Point of Beginning; thence
continue Sauth 0°O1'13" West, a distance of 168.80 feet;
thence North 54°16'00" East. a distartce of 28$.89 feet
ta the South right-of-way line of Britt Road; thence
North 89°58'46" West along said right-of-way line, a
. distance of 234.44 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.45 acres.
The relief sought in and by this suit is to foreclose a
mortgage on the above described property.
