Being a parcel of land lying in the South 765 feet of that part of t
the West one half of the Northwest quarter of Section 33, Township 35 South, ~
Range 40 East lying West of Canal ~71 (AKA Ten Mile Creek), St. Lucie County, ~
Florida. The boundary of said parcel being more particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of Section 33-35-40,
run North 2° 51' 15" East along the section line a distance of 765 feet to a nail
and cap in the centerline of Hawley Raad; thence run South 89° 55' 45" East 75.09
feet to a concrete nnonument on the East right-of-way line of said Hawley Road;
thence contin~e,South 89° 55' 45" Eas[ 630 feet to the Point of Beginning of the
parcel to be herein described; thence continue Soutfi 89° 55' 45" East 291 feet
more or less to the West edge of Canal #71 (also known as Ten Mile Creek); thence ~
following the West edge of Canal 871, run Southeasterly 240 feet more or less to a
point which is 240 feet South of the North line of the South 765 feet of the ~est j
one half of the Northwest quarCer of Section 33-35-40 as measured at ~ight angles
thereto; thence run North 89° 55' 45" West which is a pro3ection of the centerli~e
of a 60 foot wide road for a distance of 155 feet more or less to the intersection
with the right-of-way line of a 100 foot diameter cul de sac; thence run North=
westerly along the Northerly line of said cul de sac an arc dista~ce of 115.92
feet subtended by a central angle of 132° 50' to a point of reverse curve concave
to ehe North having a central angle of 42°~SO' and a radius of 25 feet; thence
run SouthWesterly along the arc of said curve 18.69 feet to end of curve which is
a point on the North Line of the aforesaid 60 foot road right-of-way; thence run
NorCh 89° 55' 45" West 66.19 feet to a point; thence run North 0° 04'15" Eas[ 210
feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 1.594 acres more or less.

thence run South 2° 51' 15" West along the East line of Hawley Road 210.25 feet to
the Point of Beginning of the road right-of-way to be herein described; from said
Point of Beginning, run South 89° SS' 45" East 706.40 feet to the beginning of a
curve concave to the North having a radius of 25 feet and a central angle of 42°
50';.thence run Northeasterly along said curve 18.69 feet to a point of reverse
curve, said point bearing North 42° 45' 45" West from the center of a 100 foot
diameter cul de sac; thence follo~ing the perimeter of said cul de sac, run 231.84
feet to a point of reverse curve, said perimeter of cul de sac having a radius of
SO feet and a central angle of 265° 40'; thence run horthwesterly along the arc of
a curve concave to the South having a central angle of 42° SO'.and a radi~is of 25 ~
