SUBORDINATIOZ~ AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is executed this 7th day of January , 1979, by a
majority of the Trustees of the Livinqston Mission Fund. ;
WE~RF.AS, on July 8, 1948 , the Trustees of the Livingston Mission :
Fund were the mortgages under a Mortqaqe and Refundinq Bond executed by the
Community Methodist Church of Fort Pierce, Florida j~a ~

WHEREAS, the Trustees of Livingston Mission Fund have agreed to subordinate '
their said mprtgage and refunding bond;
N~W• THEI2EP'ORE, the Trustees hereby subordinate their said mortqaqe iu?d
refunding bond, as recorded in Official Records Book I~s3 , Page 3g1 , of the =
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to a first awrtqage from the
Cammunity United Methodist Church of Fort Pierce, Florida
the Florida United Methodist Development Fund, Inc. ,
dated the !N day of ~KVARY , 1978, as recorded in Official Recorcls
Book Page of said county, and agrees that their said mortqage arid
refwnding bond is subordinate and inferior to the aforesaid mortgage. ~
