THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT, Made and executed this 8th day of
November , A. D. 1978~ by TREASURE COAST SERVICE
CORPORATION, a F orida corporation having its principal place of :
business at Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantox,
:_L~^~ to CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation, for the use and :
- .~,~r~ benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY, whose post office
address is P. O. Box 3191, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter

~-~~Zm the Grantee for the use and benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES
;`;p AUTHORITY, this privilege and easement to construct sanitary sewer
collection lines over and across the following described land ,

in Block 10; Lots l through 13, both inclusive, in
Block 11, OCEAN VIEW SUBDZVISION, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 61, public
records, St. Lucie County, Florida.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, This Easement shall be limited to
those portions_of the.above described real property
upon which there is naw situate said sanitary sewer
distribution lines, installed in accordance with the
specifications of Grantee and generally located in
accordance with pians and specifications prepared by
Peninsular Engineering & Testing Company of Melbourne,
FZorida, which plans are on file in the offices of -
Grantor and Grantee.
and, including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line
all trees, shrubs and limbs which may endanqer the same, with the
right to go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary ~
to oonstn~ct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures
or shruhbery shall be placed or installed on said easement.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it
is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good
right and lawful authority to grant this easement.
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the heir.s,
',legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the
~ successors and assigns of corporations.)
