KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersi.gned, for ~
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in
hand paid by the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY of the CITY OF
FORT PIERCE, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
convey and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, for the
use and benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY, the
privilege and easement to construct, maintain and repair a
six (6)-inch water main, for the"use in the construction, ,
maintenance, and repair of said six -inch water main, to serve ~
TREASURE COAST SERVICE CORPORATION, in and upon the following

a~ ~ PROVIDED, HOWENER, This Easement shall be limited to
those portions of the above described real property
~ upon which there is now situate said water main, installed

ir~ in accordance with the specifications of Grantee and

prepared by Peninsular Engineering & Testing Company ;
p~ 1 ~ of Melbourne, Florida, which plans are on file in the 5
offices of Grantor and Grantee.

and to place such six -inch water main within said easement as
may be necessary in the construction, maintenance, and repair of
said six '-inch water main, with the right to go upon said land,
from time to time, as may be necessary to construct, maintain,
and repair said six -inch water main. No permanent structures
shall be placed or installed on said easement.
The undersigned hereby covenants and warrants that it owns
said land and has the right to grant said easer.ient. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Grantor has hereunto
caused this instrument to be exeouted in its corporate name,
and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, this 8th
