described above, the lien of JOHN HANCOCK MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE

COMPANY shall continue as a first lien on all property described -
in their said mortgage and on all equipment installed after the
date of said mortgage; further the subordination is conditioned
upon the said Sun Bank of St. Lucie County bearing the entire
expense of rernoval of said evaporator in the event of the
foreclosure of its lien, which expense shall include repair of
any damage occasioneci to the premises by virtue of said removal.
