receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain and seil to the said party of the
~;econd part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows, to-wit: _
The South 20 feet of the North 45 feet of the fo2lowing described parcel of land, to
wit:
Begin at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 33, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, thence South 1407.71 feet, thence East 428.9 feet, thence
North 356 feet, thence East to the West right of way line £or Sunrise Blvd.,
thence NWLY alonq said West right of way line to North line of said section,
thence West to point of beginning. _ .
THIS DEED is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second part, its
Guccessors, legal representatives and assigns, a right-of-way for public highway and drainage
rurposes; and the said part ~ eSOf the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said
lands, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of ~11 persons whomsoever.
