Florida, 33450, as the Grantee.
~ WITNESSETH: That the Grantor(s), in•consideration of the sum of One
Dollar and other valuable consideration paid, the receipt of which~is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assign
a perpetual easement for the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing
and maintaining outfall and drainage ditches, drains and roads in, upon and
through the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

parcel of land, to-wit:
That part of the east 184 feet of the west 858 feet of the NW~a
of the NW~S of Section 33, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
lying northwesterly of Canal No. 71.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, its successors and .
