THE RECREATION AREA
A parcel of land lying in Section 27, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East half of the Southeast quarter of
said Section 27; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89°15'S6" East, along the
North line of the said F.ast half of the Southeast quarter, a distance of 147.33
feet; thence South 47°52'll" East, a distance of 272.56 feet to the beginninR of a
curve, concave to the North and having a radius of lOS feet; thence Southeasterly,
along the arc of said curve and through a central angle of O6°48'09", a distance
of 12.47 feet to the Point of.Beqinning; thence continue Easterly, along the arc
of said curve and through a central angle of 34°35'36", a distance of 64.40 feet
to the end of said curve; thencc: ~outh 89°15'S6" East, along a line tangent to
said curve, a distance of 251.23 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the
Southwest, having a radius of 95 feet and central angle of 79°30'00"; thence
Southeasterly, along the arc of said curve, a distance of 131.82 feet to the
