PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The petitioner, Claudia Lee Spuhler, as parent and
natural guardian of the wards, Robert Laurence Rice, II and ~
Randall Jason Rice, incompetents due to minority, hereby
:
petitions for discharge as guardian of the property of said 4
minors and, in support of her petition, would show unto the
Court that the assets of each of said wards are less than -
Five Thousand Dollars.($5,000) in value and there no longer
- exists the need for Court supervision of the guardian, pur- _
suant'to the provisions of F.S. 744.301(2).
Wherefore, petitioner prays this Court enter its order
discharging her of and from further liability and responsibility .
as guardian of the waid wards, her natural children.
