LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I~ ANNA RUTFI WILDER, a resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do
hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
herebq revoking all Wills or any writings in the nature thereafter

and Codicils heretofore made bq me.
ARTICLE I.
I desire and direct that my body be cremated and my ashes
scattered as soon_as practicable after my demise, under the direc-
tion of my Executor hereinafter named.
ARTICLE II.
I do hereby direct that my funeral expenses, just debts,
costs of administration and all inheritance; transfer and succes~-
sion taxes be paid by my Executur as soon after my death as is ~

practicable. .

I give, devise and bequeath all of my household furnishings, ~

f furniture, jewelry and wearing apparel which I own at the ti.me of `

f my demise, to my beloved husband, EDWARD L. WILDER.~` ~

All the rest and residue of my estate (meaning thereby all ;
