I hereby devise and bequeath to my Trustee hereinafter named, who

shall hold, manege and control all of the property passing to it
as a trust'estate with all of the rights and powers and for the
uses and purposes enuomerated and set forth in Article V through
Article XIV below, and all the rights and powers made and provide i

The Trustee shall dividQ~the total amount of the property.
passing to it under Paragraph 2 of Article IV, into as many equal
shares as there are children of mine then living and children of
mine then deceased with issue then living. The Trustee shall al-
locate to each living child of mine an amount equal to one of suc

equal shares, and the Trustee shall hold such equal amount in a ~
separate trust in accordance with the provisions.of Section 1'of ~
this Article V. The Trustee shall allocate to each deceased chil
of mine with issue then living, an amount equal to one of such ~

equal shares, and the Trustee shall hold or dispose of such amoun ~
for the benefit of the issue of such deceased child of mine in ac ~
cordance with the provisions of Section 2 of this Article V.
