of such described fund an amount equal to one of such equal shares
and the ~ustee shall,hold such amount in a separate trust in `
accordance with Section 2(b) of this Article V. +

(b) The separate trust for each great grandchild of mine, of ~
such deceased grandchild of mine, who has not attained the age of
~ ~ i
twenty-one C21) years, is as f ollows:
(1) Until such great grandchild attains the age of
twenty-one (21) y~ears the Trustee is dixected to accumulate the in
cotae in said trust and add said income to the principal of such
trust. When each such great grandchild attains the age of twenty-
one (21) years, the Trustee is hereby directed to cease to accumu-
. late the income therefrom and at that time distribute the entire
net income and remaining principal to such great grandchild.
3. If such great grandchild dies before attaining the age o
twenty-one (21) years, then on the death of such child, the Trust
shall pay the then remainitig principal and undistributed income t
the issue of such great grandchild per stirpes, free and discharg
from all Trust. If no issue of such great grandchild is then liv
ing, the Trustee shall pay the then remaining principal and undis i-

i buted income to the issue then living of such deceased grandchild

! , of mine, such issue to take per stirpes, provided always, however,

~ that any payment of principal and undistributed income, directed

~ to be made to an issue of such deceased grandchild-of mine to who

income may be distributed under a Trust established by.this Will,
~ shall not be made outri ht to such issue but instead shall be

~ added to the rinci al of such trust and administered as a part

~ thereof; and if no issue of such great grandchild is then living

~ and no issue of such deceased grandchild of mine is then livi.ng,

the Trustee shall pay the then remaining principal and undistribu
ted income to my grandchildren then living, such grandchildren ta
