ARTICLE VI.
In the event my said husband shall predecease me, I then give
devise and bequeath my home, household furnishings, furniture, ~
jewelry and wearing apparel and any car which I own at the ti.me of ~

my demise, to my daughter ANNE WILDER, and do hereby direct that .

all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate be disposed of
under_the provisions of Article IV, Sub-paragraph 2 of this Will, ;
and all such sums which would have passed to the trust for my hus-
band shall pass to the trusts created under the provisions of said

Article IV Sub-paragraph 2 of this Will. ~
ARTICLE VII. ~
With regard to any of the trusts created by virtue of Article
IV, V or VI of this Will, in addition to the directions therein c-
tained, and notwithstanding any of the li.mitations therein conta'
ed, the Trustee is authorized in its sole and absolute discretion
at any time and from ti.me tu ti~e, to apply for the benefit of an
beneficiary or beneficiaries of any trust (even to the point of co -
pletely exhausting a particular beneficiaryls fund), sucli amounts
from the principal of the particular trust involved as may be nec-
i -
~ essary in its discretion to provide for the education, medical car
~ -
~ and support of such beneficiary. In making this determination, th
g _ -
~ Trustee shall take into consideration any other income which the
~ particular beneficiary may have from any other source, but not the
capital resources which he or she may have. ~ '
~ Irrespec~ive of any other provision of this trust, if any ~
~ share of the trust estate should still be held in trust at the ex-
~ piration of a period of twenty-one (21) years after the death of
. t
~ the last survivor of the designated beneficiaries hereunder in
~ _
y being at the date of this trust, such share shall thereupon imme-
§ diately vest in and be distributed to the income beneficiaries and
~ y
~ in the same proportions as they are then entitled to receive in-
