ARTICLE VIII.

The right of any person to receive any income or principal ~
under the trust established in this Will shall not be alienable or ~
assignable by way of anticipation by any beneficiary thereunder,
nor is such right payable to any aesignee for the benefit of credi - ~
ors or trustee in bankruptcy, nor shall it be attachable by any ~
;
process either at law~or in equity.
. ARTICLE IX.
In the event a distribution of income or principal is distri- ,
butable to or for the benefit of a minor, I hereby direct that the
Trustee in its discretion may pay any such income or principal to
such minor personally or to such minorts legal guardian, or to ~
some other person selected by my Trustee to receive such property
for such minor, and the receipt of such minor or such minorts leg 1
~
guardian, or such ~ther person shall be a complete discharge of i
my Trustee in regard to such distribution. -
ARTICLE X.
If my husband, EDWARD L. WII.DER, and I shall die simultaneou - {
ly or under circtunstances which make it difficult to determine
which of us died first, I direct that my husband shall be deemed
to have survived me for the purpose of this Will, and I direct i

~ further that the provisions of this Will shall be construed upon `

` that assumption irrespective of any provisions of law establishin
a contrary presumption, requiring survivorship for a fixed period
~ as a condition of taking property by inheritance.

$ I hereby directithat in the event my husband shall fail to

~ direct the disposition and disposal of the trust herein provided i
~ for him under Article IV Sub-paragraph 1 hereof, that upon his _

~ death the said trust shall pass in accordance with the provisions
