issued in connection therewith; to pay all assessments, subscrip-
tions and other sums of money as the Executor or Trustee may deem
it expedient for the protection of its interest, as holder of eny
stock, bonds or other securities, to make any and all necessary
payments therefor, and generally to exercise in respect to all
stocks, bonds or other investments held by the Executor ~r T~ustee
~ hereunder, all ri.ghts, powers and privileges as are or may be law- -
fully exercised by any person owni.ng similar property in his or he
own right, provided, however, that the Trustee or Executor shall
not be required to make any of the payments herein provided, excep
from the principal of the trust property. ~
8. That current income accrued or collected but not distri-
buted at the time of termination of any estate or interest here-
under, shall be payable as income, per stirpes, to the beneficiari s
entitled to the next estate or interest. The Trustee or Executor
may, however, charge thereto any accrued taxes, expenses or compen
sation of the Executor or Trustee which it considers proper.
9. That the Trustee or Executor are suthorized to acquire
by purchase, exchange or otherwise, real or personal property from
the Executor, Administrator or Testamentary Trustee~of my estate
althou,gh such property may not be of the character prescribed by

! law or by the terms of the trust instrument for the investment of

~ trust funds and although the acquisition of such property may re-

~ sult in a large percentage of the trust estate being invested in
~
~ one class of property. The trustee and Executor is expressly auth r-
ized to retain the property so acquired as long as the Executor
and Trustee shall deem advisable; to make secured and/or unsecured
~ loans to the Executor, Administrator, or Testamentary Trustee of
~
~ y Estate upon such terms as the Executor or Trustee,shall deem
~ dvisable.

~ 10. That until the Executor or Trustee shall receive written
= otice of any birth, marriage, death or other event upon which the

ight to payments from this trust may depend, the Executor or Trus

~ ee shall incur no liability for disbursements made in good faith
