guardian of such minor beneficiary entitled to incoaee in the dis-
cretion of the Executor or Trustee. My husband, if living, other
wise a majority in number of the beneficiaries or other persons ~
entitled to~receive notice under the preceding sentence may remov

15. That the title to the trust estate shall vest forthwith
in any successor Executor or T~ustee acting pursuant to the fore-
going provisions hereof but any resigning or removed Executor or
. Trustee shall execute all instruments and do all acts necessary to

' vest such title in any successor Executor or Trustee of record

~ without Court accounting. No successor Executor or Trustee shall
be obligated to examine the accounts, records or acts of the pre-
~ vious Executor or Trustee, nor shall such successor Executor or -
Trustee in any way or manner be responsible for any act or omissio
~ to act on the part of any previous Executor or Trustee. Any claim
~ or action against any previous Executor or Trustee must in any
~ vent be asserted or filed by any beneficiary within one (1) year
