ART ICLE XI I I. ~
The Trustee is autt?orized to mingle the trust property of ~
the separate trusts established under this Will, allocating to
each separate trust an undivided interest in the mingled funds, !

which undivided interest shall always be equal to that trustts
proportionate distribution to the mingled funds, provided, howeve , ~
•that separate books and records shall be kept for these trusts.

ARTICLE XIV.
I hereby direct the Trustee named in this Will to make dis-
tribution of the income from the Trust established herein in Para
graph 1 of Article IV to my beloved husband, EDWARD L. WILDER,
meaning thereby that my beloved husband, individually, is to rece ve
all of the income from said Marital Deduction Trust during his '
lifetime in quarter-annual installments. - f
ARTICLE XV.
Under the law of Fl~rida, the Trustee named in the Will in
order to qualify to act as such Trustee is required to f ile a
petition in the Circuit Court of the County of its domicile. I
hereby direct that the trusts established by this Will be effect-
; ively activated as soon as possible and without any undue interru
i
tion and delay. To that end I hereby waive notice of any and all
~ Court roceedin s in connection with the qualification of such

Trustee and do further waive Service of Process in connection wit

~ such proceedings upon all beneficiaries of such trusts.
