as decedent's parents. Their names and addresses are
set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of their

2. Decedent, DAVID L. JACKSON, whose last known address
was 180 Placita Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida, 33452, died
on December 26, 1978 at Port St. Luci.e, Florida, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,.
Florida and whose age was 29 and whose social security number
is 072-44-7827. -
