The Last Will and Testament of Loretta J. Roden contains a residuary clause giving all of the rest, residue and remainder of the~estate in equal shares to her children Hugh C.Roden, Kenneth F. Roden, James Lawrence Roden and Robert M. Roden. 3. The funeral bill for the above decedent has bee paid and there have been no claims of creditors filed in this estate and the time for filing of claims has expired as per the Proof of Publication of Notice of Administration previous ly filed in the Estate.
