DISTRIBUTION AND PAYMENT OF COSTS AND FEES {
This cause was heard on the Petition of Robert M.
Roden as personal representative for .partial distribution and j
payment of costs and fees of the residuary estate devised to
Hugh C. Roden, Kenneth F. Roden. James Lawrence Roden, and
Robert M. Roden and the Court finding that the Estate has
sufficient funds to pay all expenses of administration as
well as the Internal Revenue Service and all of the interest-
ed parties to this Estate having filed Waiver and Consents, .
it is
Adjudged that Robert M. Roden as personal represen-
tative of the Estate of Loretta J. Roden is authorized•to pay
the fees and costs of the estate as follows:
Accountant's fee for Spitz and
Donovan, C.P.A. $ 300.00
Attorney's fee to John Edgar
Sherrard, Esquire $ 1,500.00

xeroxing and mailing,expended
by John Edgar Sherrard,Esquire $ 126.46
Adjudged that Robert M. Roden as Personal Represen-
tative of the Estate of Loretta J. Roden is-authorized to
distribute to the beneficiaries the following as a partial. ~
distribution of the residuary estate:-
Robert M. Roden $9,688.97(cash) and $7,150.00(jewelry).
Kenneth F. Roden: $9,688.97(cash) and $1,7~50.00(jewelry).
Hugh C. Roden $9,688.97(cash) and $5,200.00(jewelry).
