PETITION FOR DISCHARGE -
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
Estate, alleges:.
1. The decedent, OLIE B._McCARTY, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on September 22 ,1976, and Letters of Administra-.
tion were issued to Petitioner on October 5, 1976.

2. Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all interested
persons waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts.
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the pay- _
meet of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to
the personal representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers, or

other agents employed by the personal representative is set forth in

~ Exhibit A attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
-of the State of Florida, and although evidence of the satisfaction
of this Estate's obligations for said taxes. has not been received,
Petitioner has paid said taxes and has provided for the payment of
any further taxes, if any there be in this Estate. Copies of the
cancelled checks to the Internal Revenue Service and to the State of
Florida, Department of Revenue, are attached hereto as Exhibit B.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of
the assets of this Estate as set forth in the_Schedule of Distribution
attached hereto as Exhibit C.
